BCAAs are generally available as capsules or tablets to be swallowed, or as a powder to be mixed. Both methods are equally successful. Most BCAA capsules or tablets include 500–1,000 mg of BCAAs per pill. One advantage of pill form is that they are easier to transport, such as to work, school, the gym, or when travelling.
